"Decent enough, but getting there was a hassle"
I’ll say the place itself was fine, I guess, but getting there kind of took the shine off it. Parking was a pain, and the location just didn’t feel very convenient. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it was more annoying than it needed to be...

"Gift shop was a little underwhelming"
I stopped in thinking I’d find some kind of fun souvenir to bring back, but the gift shop was smaller than I expected. There were a few things, but mostly basic items, and I didn’t see a ton of variety. Maybe I just caught it at a weird time or missed another section, but overall it was just okay. The rest of the visit was fine, I just wish the shop had a bit more to choose from

"Just didn’t feel right"
Went in hoping for a good experience, but the animals seemed really stressed. Didn’t feel great being there, honestly...

"Touch tanks were actually really fun"
We mostly went for the touch tanks, and they were actually cool. The staff gave us a little explanation without overdoing it, which was nice. The kids loved getting to check everything out up close. A few areas felt a bit crowded at times, but overall we had a good time.

"I was only on Aquarium of Boise..."
I was only on Aquarium of Boise for maybe five minutes, so I’m not judging the whole site too hard. I was mostly focused on finding one or two specific details, and since they didn’t jump out at me, I kind of stopped paying attention to the rest.

It might be totally fine if you already know where to click or what you’re looking for, but for a quick visit it felt a little unclear. I ended up leaving and looking somewhere else instead.

"Interactive features were a letdown"
I was hoping the interactive parts would keep my kid interested, but most of the buttons didn’t even do anything. After a few minutes they got bored and walked away. Just kind of disappointing

"Honestly didn’t feel safe here"
I really didn’t feel safe here. It just seemed like safety was kind of an afterthought, which made the whole experience uncomfortable.

"Tickets felt a little steep"
It was a nice enough place, but the tickets felt kind of overpriced for what we got to see. The kids were ready to leave fast, I walked out thinking it should’ve been cheaper.

"Kids liked it for the most part"
The kids seemed to enjoy it for maybe 20 minutes or so, but I wouldn’t really call it super kid-friendly. It was okay overall, just probably not something I’d pick first if I had younger kids with me.

"I reached out to customer service and..."
I reached out to customer service and it just took longer than I expected to hear back. Not the worst experience, but something about it felt a bit frustrating when I was waiting for a response

"Staff seemed a bit rude"
I’m not even totally sure if it was right when I walked in or a little later, but at some point the staff just came across unfriendly to me. It made the whole visit feel awkward, and I kind of just wanted to get out of there...

"Feeding time was kinda disappointing"
We went for the feeding, it was a bit of a letdown. It felt super rushed, the staff barely explained anything, and the food was gone in like two seconds. My kids were just standing there confused, like, “wait, that’s it?” For what we paid, I definitely expected more. Probably wouldn’t go back, tbh.

"I checked out aquariumboise.net and had mixed feelings..."
I checked out aquariumboise.net and had mixed feelings. The site looks decent and I can see why they might not list every price if things depend on the setup, but at the same time the pricing felt really unclear. I couldn’t tell what anything would actually cost without digging around or probably having to ask someone. For aquarium stuff, I like having at least a basic idea of the price before spending time on it. Maybe that works fine for some people, but for me it was frustrating and kind of put me off.

"Could be more customer-friendly"
The site was okay overall, but I found it kind of confusing to use. It feels like companies have a responsibility to make things clearer for customers, especially if they want people to trust them. Not terrible, but it definitely could’ve been better.

"Misleading wording and not much help"
I went in thinking I’d get some solid help with my tank setup, but the wording around their advice/services felt a bit misleading. It made it seem like they’d be able to guide me, but the staff didn’t really seem sure of the answers. One person told me one thing, then someone else told me something different. They were nice enough, so I’m not saying they were rude, but I walked out more confused than when I got there. Probably okay if you already know exactly what you’re buying, but I wouldn’t go there expecting clear advice.

"Booking worked, but I got a little annoyed"
I booked through aquariumboise.net and, my first reaction was like, “Wait, did that even work?” The site loaded fine, but on my phone it felt kind of clunky, and picking a time took me a few tries.

I did eventually get the confirmation email, so that was a relief. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but I really wish the booking page was clearer and a bit quicker.

"Parking was a bit of a hassle"
I had a tough time finding a spot, and it made the whole visit more annoying than it needed to be. They really could make it easier.

"Special Event Was a Total Mess"
I really wanted to enjoy this special event, but it was frustrating. It was way too crowded, everything seemed to be running late, and the staff looked like they had no idea what was going on. I felt like we were all just expected to stand around and be endlessly patient, which got old fast.

"Felt way too crowded to really enjoy"
The place itself seemed nice, but I got a bad feeling quickly because of how packed it was. The lines were all bunched up, and kids kept pushing around the tanks, which made it hard to relax and enjoy anything. I kept expecting the staff to step in and keep things moving, but they didn’t really seem to manage the crowd much.

"Helpful in places, but access info was frustrating to find"
I had kind of a mixed experience trying to sort out accessibility info on Aquarium of Boise. Some parts made it seem like they want to be helpful, but then the actual details weren’t very clear, and I couldn’t easily figure out how to request accommodations. If you need a little extra support planning a visit, it ends up feeling more complicated than it should. I just wish the access info was easier to spot and explained more directly instead of making people dig around for it...
